About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Luxmy Lab website and purchases made through it.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy.

Our products

Luxmy Lab creates 3D-printed products, including personalised gifts, décor, desk essentials, keychains and other designed objects.

We aim to represent products accurately. Screen settings, material batches and manufacturing processes may result in minor differences in colour, texture or finish.

Minor manufacturing characteristics that fall within normal tolerances for a 3D-printed product are not necessarily defects.

Personalisation

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates and other information submitted for personalisation.

We will produce the personalised item using the information supplied with the order.

If Luxmy Lab makes a production or personalisation error that does not match the information correctly supplied by the customer, the issue will be handled under our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Orders

Submission of an order does not prevent us from reviewing the order for product availability, payment status, pricing errors, technical issues or information required to fulfil it.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of unavailable stock, obvious pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, unlawful requests or inability to fulfil the product as ordered.

If an order is cancelled by Luxmy Lab after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Product price, applicable shipping charges, taxes or other applicable charges will be reflected through the ordering process as relevant.

Available payment methods are those shown during checkout.

Cancellation

Personalised or custom-made orders may normally be cancelled before production or personalisation begins.

Once production starts, they normally cannot be cancelled because the item is being produced specifically for the customer.

Ready-stock, non-personalised orders may normally be cancelled before dispatch.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Processing times, delivery estimates, return eligibility and refund procedures are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Customer-submitted content

Where a customer submits a name, image, design, logo, text or other material for a custom product, the customer confirms that they have the right or permission necessary for us to use that material to fulfil the order.

Customers must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive or otherwise prohibited material.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Luxmy Lab branding, product presentation, website design, original graphics, copy and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Luxmy Lab.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without appropriate permission.

Website availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it will always operate without interruption or technical error.

We may update, temporarily suspend or modify parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Luxmy Lab is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from matters outside its reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.

Any dispute will be subject to the courts, tribunals or consumer dispute redressal authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.
